REPORTED: Chief production planning, process and / or manufacturing, Assistant Corporate.
II. GENERAL PURPOSE
Develop and analyze existing procedures, so that there is a balancing of lines or production analysis, in order to comply with quality policies.
III. SPECIFIC RESULTS
1. Balancing production line with continuous and systematic revival, with a rigid evaluation.
2 .- To know the techniques applied for the construction and production lines rolling and restrictions that exist in the real environment to build them.
IV. DECISIONS
1 .- About productivity and speed to achieve the objectives, achieving the same automation, so as to avoid heavy manual processes that absorb large amount of labor and reduce the flow of goods .
