For this reason, and taking into account the objectives that has the women's movement Autoconvocados Rosario (MAR) in the defense and promotion of human rights of women, come to formally submit a Request for In-reports on the situation actions that the Province of Santa Fe is moving ahead to ensure the effective duration of the programs and services that are directly and indirectly for the protection of human rights of women and the actions that are being designed and implemented to eradicate the various forms of violence against them.
be recalled that the State's obligations in this regard, any level, are part of the various Human Rights Treaties signed by Argentina, in particular the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women, the Convention on the Prevention, Punishment and Eradication Violence against Women (Convention of Belem do Para), the Law on Protection to Prevent, Punish and Eradicate Violence against Women in areas where developing interpersonal relationships, nº 26.485.
A partir de distintas investigaciones, relevamientos y del propio accionar de las mujeres y organizaciones integrantes de MAR, nos consta que aún existen graves violaciones a los derechos humanos de las mujeres, los cuales van desde la falta de acceso a las políticas públicas hasta femicidios y trata de personas con fines de explotación sexual y laboral. Por ello, requerimos que en el menor tiempo posible nos informe sobre los puntos que a continuación detallamos:
1.- Programas vigentes en la Provincia de Santa Fe que estén destinados a la protección y asistencia de los derechos humanos de las mujeres: Sírvase report what, areas where they work, the amount of budget allocated to each one and re-presents what percentage of the total budget of the province.

3 .- Report on current protocols and effective implementation for the care of adult women and girls in situations of domestic violence and on sexual and reproductive rights: what they are, which area depends, how compliance is monitored, its effectiveness and results.
In particular, report on:
a) Protocol for the Care of Police Intervention, Counselling and Referral for Victims of Family Violence.
b) Police Intervention Protocol to the crime of trafficking in persons
4 .- Please provide information on programs, plans and mechanisms are being implemented from the provincial government with the judiciary, in order to achieve the training and sensitization of operators on gender issues and rights protection of women in order to remove stereotyped cultural patterns that permeate the functioning of the justice system and reproduce the victimization of women and prevent their effective enjoyment of the right of access to justice.
5 .- Report on programs and plans in place solely to ensure reproductive rights of women: what, operating mode, by agencies and areas of deployment, budget, personnel related to the program mode in which the results are monitored,
In particular, report on the mechanisms implemented for the effective implementation of the right of access to realization of non-punishable abortions.
6 .- Reports on programs and plans in place to ensure only the sexual rights of women: what, mode of operation, by agencies and areas of deployment, budget, personnel related to the program , mode in which the results are monitored
In particular, report on the mechanisms in place to ensure province-wide access to health care that includes sexual sexual diversity.
7 .- Please provide information on measures being implemented to eradicate the various forms of sexual violence against women, in particular, forms of sexual exploitation, sexual exploitation and trafficking of women: which are areas or bodies of which depends on amount of budget allocated for the implementation of such measures.
